My Live Medical makes it easy for you to commission medical reports for your clients. Instead of making lots of phone calls, sending emails back and forth to medical professionals and clients - and getting frustrated at how much time the whole thing takes - you can just post your request to My Live Medical and kick back until you get the report in jig time.

How it works:

Login, create request:

Once we have created your login, you simply create a new report request by completing a basic form.

Nominate Professional or Offer to Market

You can nominate your preferred medical professional or, if appropriate, you can offer the report to the market. If you offer it to the market, our system will alert the 5 medical professionals closest to your client’s address that there is an Insurance Medical Report request available to them. The first one to ‘claim’ the report wins it. If they don’t schedule the appointment within a set period, then it goes back out to the market. Hence there is urgency brought to bear.

Client Communication

Our system automatically generates an email notification to your client to let them know they will be contacted. The medical professional will then contact them to set the appointment.

Report Completion When your client attends for their examination, the medical professional completes and submits the completed report in real time. So you get it straight away.
